To help guide you through your project – from initial concept to handover on completion – we have designed a 3-step process:
Design
Step 1 – Understanding your family’s budget and requirements is our highest priority. We then work closely with you to design and bring your concept to life.
Develop
Step 2 – We develop floor plans, elevations and full working drawings as well as a detailed plan for delivering your project from start to finish. We also fully manage the council consent process for you.
Construct
Step 3 – the fun part, turning your vision into reality. We fully project manage the process with clear communication throughout, right through to the issuing of a Code of Compliance. We then guarantee to handover a clean and tidy new home, ready for you and your family.
